106.9 the Light WMIT ended its annual Sharathon (October 3-4, 2006) by raising over $1.85 million…and counting. oIn just two days, 106.9 the Light received the support from 4,167 listeners who called or pledged on-line. Ten percent of all support received, at least $185,000, is directed to Radio Al-Mahabba (Arabic for “Radio Love”).
