You may have to work hard to catch up with the low-profile Riley Armstrong. It took me a while to get a hold of his latest album, “La Loop,” but it was worth the effort. Riley Armstrong brings both Jack Johnson and Mat Kearney to mind. Johnson for his gentle acoustic vibe and Kearney for the truths wrapped warmly in an understated package.
